Megan is a knowledgeable realtor when it comes to the realty business. She does extensive research on property values, as well as, appraisal values. Through her expertise, we avoided paying too much on a home in Mint Hill that was overpriced and would have under appraised. Megan goes above and beyond to show you a home. We saw homes in Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Gastonia! She never complained. No matter where it was or what time we wanted to see it, she was there for us. She also was the listing agent for our home and got us under contract in three days! She is the 3P’s; Patient, Personal and Professional! Megan is simply “The Best”!

Let me start by saying that 5 stars is not nearly enough to rate Megan’s service as a realtor! I purchased my condo in Charlotte from Boston. From the very beginning, Megan was super responsive, checking in on me, and answering questions I had as a first-time homebuyer and arranging all the showings via facetime. This being my first experience buying a home, Megan made sure I felt comfortable with the process every step of the way and answering questions I did not even know I had! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and put my best interests at the forefront of every home we looked at and every decision I had to make. I never once felt pressured to make a decision or move on a home that wasn’t a good fit. In this crazy market, she strategized and came up with alternate plans to help me better position myself as a buyer! When we found the right place but hit some bumps in the process, Megan fiercely advocated for me and did everything in her power to ensure that we were able to close on time! You definitely want Megan on your team when things don’t go as planned! She is a creative thinker who gets things done! Above and beyond does not adequately express what she did to ensure that everything continued to move forward with the purchase of my condo. During the entire process, Megan made me feel like I was her number one priority and her only customer!
